We are committed
to providing you with the best possible dental care at the lowest
possible cost. We
do our best to ensure that the maximum allowable benefits are
received for claims filed. Payment for an office visit
is due at the time service is rendered. We do not accept
medical card for any services. Charges may be assessed for returned
checks and "no show" appointments. A minimum of 24
hour notice is expected for cancelled appointments.

Card
We
also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards and
debit cards.
